I dropped the car off in the morning (Nightowl drop) without an appointment, car was ready by 3:30 anyway.

My car told me that the oil change was refreshing, but when the hoist came down it bruised one of the tires. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while I waited, but would have preferred beer.
