Nancy said it was a great experience. The service assistant from Puerto Rico was nice. He drove her back home. Chris called to tell her the vehicle was done and how much it was. It only cost her $26. There were no parts needed. They acted responsively and promptly.

Mark and his crew are awesome. They try and get your car serviced quick and provide transportation when needed for bringing your car in and picking it up. They are honest people also. Example: My suburban went in for something and it had been in recently. They started working on it and called with an estimate. Then, the estimate went up 2 more times as they found things wrong. The last time they called it was Mark, the owner, and I asked how much this time??? He said that the amount was -0- because it was something that they were responsible for from the time I had brought it in before. I had to trust them with my car and what needed fixing, and after that experience I was even more confident that they were good, honest people. I love this company!
