I'm so glad we have a shop like Mark's near Peachtree City. They repaired the water pump on my son's car about 20 months ago. When the water pump started to leak again, Mark stood behind their work and waived the labor charges because my son had only put 8000 miles on the water pump. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you, Mark and company.

As someone who knows a little more than the average guy about cars, I'm always a little skeptical of auto repair facilities. I usually feel like they are trying to "drum" up business to increase sales. I never feel like that with Tri Star. In fact, when I have had repairs done and I have wanted to bring in my own part... I felt totally welcome and accepted to do so. Not judged or looked down on. I have used Tri Star for numerous repairs on our 3 cars. And after each visit they seem to earn my trust even more. I wouldn't hesitate if I was out of town to have my wife drop our car off here to have it diagnosed and repaired. I feel like this is a business that truly chooses to do the right thing, employ the right people, and they strive to be honest and please the customer in all they do. I feel grateful to have an auto repair shop that I can trust. Now I just wish I could more places like this to do business with.

Tri-star folks know their stuff, including how best to handle the quirks of my aging BMW. But, sometimes their promises fall a bit short due to communications issues. This issue has gotten worse as their business volume has grown. The result is a tendency to over promise on how quickly they can get to you vehicle or what parts will be there ready to go when you drop off your car. I hope they can fix this as well as they fix cars. I want these folks to be around for a long time.
