Excellent service with a positive attitude!
Did what was asked for and as always, explain what was done, needed or not needed, etc.
My vehicle needed more repair than I had hoped so I just paid for the analysis and I'll have to get it repaired later. It's not their fault that I have a problem. the van is 15 years old!!!

Steve said this business is usually really good. On this visit, he asked for them to follow-up with him regarding some parts but they dropped the ball and forgot to contact him.

The customer service is the epitome of doing what it takes to please the customer. I can't imagine any other facility servicing my vehicle.
