Personnel at Tri-star solved a concern about brake wear and made the necessary repairs and made a recommendation about future work. They were also concerned about my welfare during the waiting time when the work was being performed.....both sales staff and particularly the mechanic that did the work after showing me the problem.

My daughter's car had a "check engine" service light come on. Took her car in and was told it was the gas tank lid not closed properly. It is so nice to not be taken advantage of and receive trustworthy service!,
