I really appreciated that: 1. We got advanced notification that the car was due for maintenance and could make the appointment online. 2. We got the appointment we requested - first thing Monday morning. 3. I got a phone call giving me a choice to do something that was not needed immediately, but could be done now. I chose to do it now and that service was done on time. 4. Tri Star picked up my wife so she could get the car. Without this benefit, it would be difficult for us to get our car serviced, since I work a long ways from home. One minor point, my wife had to call to remind the guys she needed a pickup. Understandable in the midst of a busy day. Phil
