Andrew was very professional and kept me informed of what was wrong with my van. I operate a nonprofit Food Pantry out of my church and my van is crucial to getting food to those in need. The repairs were made and I got my van back in time to do my food deliveries as usual on Friday, and with a blessing from God because he gave us a discount. I will be returning for my automotive needs.

Was told to drop my car off first thing in the morning we would get it back the same day and that they would call us if not. After waiting all day I called them at 5 only to find out they have never touched the car. Now I'm spending double on a rental when all they had to do was let me know they wasn't ready for me to drop it off, or at least let me know midway through the day that they're not going to get to it so I could plan accordingly. Highly disappointed, thought I found a place

This review is associated with my first service visit at Tri Star for my 2007 328i. I requested replacement of the water pump and thermostat as a preventative service based on mileage. That work was performed as well as a recommended serpentine belt and tension pulley replacement. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. The initial contact interaction via telephone was crisp, efficient, and accurate - good listening skills and feedback to confirm understanding. The shuttle service was timely and the driver personally engaging. The work was completed correctly the first time. Overall, the feeling I have regarding the experience is that I dealt with an organization that behaved with a humble professionalism. Will work with them again.

Came in from out of town and needed quick service, they had it done in reasonable time and even offered a ride to their establishment to pick up my car. Great service!

We had an issue with my front brake pads wearing prematurely, Chris pursued a conversation with the manufacturer & got the new brakes disks & pads, for both wheels on the front, covered under the manufactured warranty & my expected significant cost was "zero", thank you Chris & for getting the vehicle in very quickly & the work done same day. These are our go to guys for car work!
