I called on Friday and was transferred to the European Car technician. He said to bring it at 1 pm on Monday. He didn't ask for my name or anything. I asked him if he wanted my name and he said ok and took my last name.... I was there on Monday at 1pm. The front desk had no record of my appointment but were willing to take my car for a 2 to 4 hour delay before I could get diagnosed. I went to the waiting room and tried to get coffee. It was an old pot that was ice cold. After this I decided this was not the type of place I wanted to be and asked for my car back.
Felix, we appologize for your experience. Christian explained the techs were at lunch, and we would get you in immediately upon their return at 1PM. As for the coffee, it was indeed cold, and I offered to make a new pot for you, but you declined.
