Although I had more wrong with my car than I expected. The guys at tri star seemed very upfront and performed great work.

We were on our way from NC to MS to visit our daughter and son-in-law when our fan belt broke due to a pulley freezing up. Luckily, our mechanic from NC found Tri-Star and gave us their number. We worked with Justin who went out of his way to secure parts from an alternate source to enable him to repair our E-350 that afternoon and get us back on our way. We're just so thankful to find angels that were looking after us and people like Justin and Tri-Star to care for us. We would recommend them to anyone -- you are so lucky to have a place like Tri-Star to look after your needs. We LOVE you!

Andrew was extremely helpful in answering all my questions work was done extremely fast for all I needed done which was a lot They pen pointed what was wrong FIX IT !! (after 3 other so called mechanics made the car worse than when I had taken it in to them and that included the Dealership) Also TriStar saved the parts and showed me in detail what had happened when these others had worked on it.TriStar actually has Real machines not want a bee's and fixs only what's needed fixing.They backup there work and do what the customer wants with NO be "S" Thanks Guys finally get to drive my car instead of it being on back of a tow truck 👍

As a female you want to feel safe and secure when driving your car. You also want to feel you can trust the people who repair your vehicles not to over charge you, to find the problem, to take care of your car when you leave it in their hands and you want to be in a clean and professional environment. You get all of that with Tr-Star. I have 3 vehicles and I take all of them there. Great customer service is huge for me and I get that there as well. I have a Range Rover and 2 Mercedes. They not only put down a placemat they also cover your seat when they drive it back. The floor is spotless, the waiting area is clean and the people are very friendly. Drew and Justin are consistently the same, friendly and helpful. Oh and they have a courtesy car. I like them a lot and I highly recommend them.
