TriStar Automotive is, without doubt, one of the best businesses I’ve ever dealt with and they are the only place I want to use now for all my auto repair and maintenance needs. They are honest beyond belief and extraordinarily transparent and helpful with their explanations of their “diagnosis” and recommended repairs and/or parts. This level of service (including free shuttle and/or pickup) and care about their customer is almost unheard of. Can’t say enough and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional and honest auto repair and service.

Took my truck in to get the new distributor set up,they called me and said that the truck was ready it was Saturday and I didn't want too have it outside over the weekend I just barley got home before it stopped on me when I Looked under the hood the distributor was all Cockeysville and jamed up against the thermostats port this just killed any confidence i had in their teaches..

They were very detailed and told me what needed to be fixed now and what services could wait. Very satisfied!!

When I come here I always get the best service. They don't try to charge you the highest price. The work is good quality.

This place is honestly very awesome ! Andrew I believe is his name he’s so sweet and he goes into detail about everything needing to be done on your vehicle and even gives you a breakdown . Love love love it ! Will definitely be my new mechanic lol
