No one likes to have car problems, but when I do I know I am in good hands with Tri Star. They are quick to diagnose the problem and present a fair repair price. I never feel pressured or hear that they have found "additional" problems that need to be immediately addressed. They are always thoughtful and make sure I have transportation. As a single working mother who knows absolutely nothing about cars I really appreciate their integrity and professionalism.

The Lincoln runs better, however, still skips at 50-60 mph. Especially when going up hill. I assume another coil is going bad. Thanks!
