Andrew is one of the kindest people I have ever interested with in customer service and he was extremely helpful and kind. Not only did he communicate everything to me when he said he would but he was 100% honest with me and gave me great advice. I have never felt more comfortable with another mechanic. The prices are very affordable and he went out of his way to workout what the priorities were to fit everything in my budget. After just a day of looking at my car they figured out my mysterious problem and knew exactly what they needed to do to fix it! Tri-Star has my business as long as I’m living in the PTC area. These guys are great when it comes to all of my foreign cars but when it comes down to a simple Chevy Avalanche they couldn’t find a simple leak in my Evap system! All they did was just shotgun new parts and $2000 later still no fix. I had to take it to the Chevy dealer and it was fixed in 3 days!

2007 BMW 328i - Service Engine Soon VANOS issue. Really appreciate the diagnostics and candor on options to resolve. Ended up with a cleaning/purging of solenoid as fix rather than new part and associated labor. Competent skill set and honest customer focus. Happy here.
