As always excellent service and very good turn time despite a heavy load of cars/trucks on the property. Andrew provided a good overview of what was covered on the 100k service. Always courteous friendly and they take good care of my car

I have been going to Tri Star Automotive for about 14 years. My beast is a 1997 Ford Taurus. They have always treated me fairly and I've never had to take the car back for a redo. They are worth every penny and I only trust my car to them. Everyone working there is nice and knowledgeable. I would never take my car to another shop, even for a tail light change. My check engine light is checked right away if it goes on and it's repaired. An older can have parts wear out but I (and Tri Star) address them immediately so I've never been stranded. In todays world and prices, I'm more then happy to keep my older car. The a/c still works too. Anna
