I took my car to popular auto repair chain because of vibration when i hit the brakes on my 2010 Civic; the rep at the chain said I needed new rotors (too worn to turn them) and callipers, but the callipers weren't in stock - 'come back early next week' they said. Instead I took the car to Tristar Auto - not only could the rotors be turned (new ones unnecessary), but the callipers were fine. "The reason the chain couldn't find callipers for the Civic" the guys at Tristar said, "is that Civics rarely need callipers...especially after only 70k miles". I got my car fixed for a fraction of what the 'K' chain was going to charge! Thanks Tristar!

Tri-star notified me by email it was time for regular maintenance. My maintenance light had come on, so I was already making plans to have my vehicle serviced. I was able to make an appointment by email, which was great. The car was ready by 10 AM on the day of the appointment and I was notified by a friendly call. Tri-star picked up my wife at home so she could get the car. That is what i call efficient service.
