Although I would not go anywhere else, the service has seemed to deteriorate this past year. After an oil change, there was a smell of something burning for awhile (possibly from not wiping up oil spillage?); also, my car had a headlight out when I took it in for an oil change, and it was returned to me with the headlight still out along with a checklist indicating that everything had been checked.

Brought my 2006 sonata in for it's 60k check up and as always I receive superior service. I highly recommend tri star for their professionalism and customer service

All were great to work with, this was done through an insurance claim, which had its ups and downs, they(Tri-Star) were helpful and patient, through the whole process of doing the big job of an engine change. Jeremy Holbrook was my mechanic and did a fantastic job with the swap. They have all taken care of me with a subsequent visits since then. There are always small issues to work out after an engine change. I recommend Tri-Star to any of my friends or family. They do honest, dependable work, period. Regards, Bill G.
