! am very impressed with Gustavo and Andrew. Gustavo ordered special tires for me and notified me when they were delivered. Andrew took care of me when I brought my car in and was very friendly and outgoing. When my car was completed at the end of the day, Gustavo called me to let me know it was ready for pick up.. He offered to stay past closing hours if I needed to pick up my car. that evening. I would highly recommend Tri Star Automotive..

They are honest, knowledgeable, respectful, dependable, thorough, etc. and are sensitive to your needs. In fact, they saved us from unnecessarily replacing a vehicle due to information from another service provider.
