Been a customer for years and always get great service. Recently my AC wasn’t working. The compressor had failed. It was replaced at great expense two years ago at Tristar. After a quick glance at their records, they warranted the whole thing. While, I would expect no less, they could have stalled me while they got the parts manufacturer to reimburse them, etc., but they absolutely had my car ready on time. That is good customer service
