You get all of that with Tr-Star. I have 3 vehicles and I take all of them there. Great customer service is huge for me and I get that there as well. I have a Range Rover and 2 Mercedes. They not only put down a placemat they also cover your seat when they drive it back. The floor is spotless, the waiting area is clean and the people are very friendly. Drew and Justin are consistently the same, friendly and helpful. Oh and they have a courtesy car. I like them a lot and I highly recommend them.
